Tan Erginay
Creative Director FIG
ABOUT

Tan Erginay

About 10 years ago, I came to New York with aspirations of making work with a refined artistic sensibility. Since then, I’ve built a headset that puts potato chips in people’s mouths, created a depressed AI, started a feud between a young child and Santa Claus, shaved superheroes, created a new emotion, and sentenced a man to life in a Pringles can. Thankfully, nothing has gone according to plan. Some of those were award-winning campaigns, some were Super Bowl ads, and some were award-winning Super Bowl ads but most were just things I really wanted to see exist out in the world. These days, I’m at FIG, where I helped win the pitch for the Tropicana portfolio, built up the creative department, led work for Naked, Benjamin Moore, and Publix, and definitely pay attention during resourcing meetings. God, I really hope this wasn’t supposed to be in the third person.

Hi, I’m Ines. I’ve been working as a creative for over 20 years, developing ideas and stories for a wide range of brands and contexts. I spent many years in agency life, leading teams and staying closely involved in the creative process – from first idea to final execution. Today, I work independently and flexibly, collaborating with different agencies, clients, and creatives depending on the project. It keeps me close to the work, open to new perspectives, and very much hands-on. That same mindset guides how I approach jury work. I’m drawn to ideas with a clear point of view, strong craft, and real intent. I take the time to understand what an idea is trying to say – and whether it actually lands. The best ideas are the ones that make me quietly jealous.

Anna Sramek
Copywriter Wien Nord Serviceplan
ABOUT

Anna Sramek

I wish I could say I was born and raised in Vienna, just because it sounds so much better than the truth. But no, my parents had to go back to their little village in the country and have me be born in the „city“ next to it called Oberwart (don’t look it up, it’s not worth it). I still made it back to Vienna, went to school there, took a break from it in England twice, commuted to University of Applied Sciences in St.Poelten to study Marketing, graduated and got into advertising. First at the small agency Traktör as an intern / copy writer / lowkey key account manager. And then at Wien Nord Serviceplan as a junior copy writer. I’m still here, the junior title hasn’t been for a while, with clients like the beer brand Stiegl, Casinos Austria, Vienna Museum of Science and Technology and many more.

Throughout my career in agencies such as MullenLowe Interamerica, Publicis, Leo Burnett, and Pagés BBDO, I’ve led integrated campaigns across multiple categories, guiding teams and brands to work that connects deeply with audiences. My projects have been recognized at major international festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Sports, New York Festivals, Effie Awards, Ad Stars, WARC, Creativepool, and others. I’ve also served as a juror for the Effie Awards Dominicana, contributing to the evaluation of strategic and effective creativity in the region. Originally from the Dominican Republic and now based in Colombia, I bring a regional vision shaped by diverse markets, a commitment to elevating creative standards, and a passion for ideas that push the industry forward.
