Max Sollisch
Creative Director/Copywriter Freelance
ABOUT

Max Sollisch

After earning an English Literature degree, Max jumped headfirst into the workforce – as a touring singer-songwriter. His music was featured in American Songwriter Magazine, SPIN, Stereogum, Paste Magazine and more. He even “got signed.” But then he got tired. Real tired. So, he turned melody and lyrics into art and copy and never looked back.

With a specialty in earned media, his work has been featured on the Today Show, in Rolling Stone, Billboard, Huffington Post, USA Today, Adweek, Adage and more. And has been recognized by The Effie Awards, The Cannes Lions Festival Of Creativity, The One Club, The Art Directors Club, PR Week Global and The NA Sabres among others.

Work stuff aside, he and his wife split their time between Cleveland, OH and Jacksonville, FL (I know, I know, save your jokes) with their 15-year-old pitbull, Mitzy.

Abeer Verma
Vice President, Creative Director Edelman
ABOUT

Abeer Verma

Abeer is two decades and three cities into his career as a writer. Over that time, he has brought to life impactful ideas for an eclectic group of brands and organizations.

His work has helped a children’s hospital make fundraising history, nudged the world’s most popular word processor to be more inclusive, and moved the head of a radio station to pen a personal letter of praise—all while melting the cold, cold hearts of award-show juries (he should know, he’s been a part of several).

Prior to joining the team at Edelman, Abeer spent his days sharpening his creative instincts at ad agencies and PR shops, like FCB, Y&R, Rethink, and Citizen. At one point, he even worked for a Dragon from Dragon’s Den, Canada’s version of Shark Tank.
