Justin serves as the Chair of the African Cristal Festival, with a charter to help to build the brand and celebrate Africa’s creativity, globally. Justin has been a serial agency CEO and led client engagements across the world for the past 30 years, working with brands ranging from Microsoft, Kroger, HPE, Virgin Atlantic, Nokia, Adidas, The US Army, Novartis, Vertu to name a few.
Justin holds several advisory board seats, serves as an executive mentor to global brand leaders and through launching KINDRD Global, is vested in working with creators to drive business growth through cultural brand experiences.
Under Justin’s leadership DDB North America was awarded Effie US Network of the Year. DDB North America returned to the Cannes stage winning double digit Lions in 2022 and enjoyed more wins in 2023 contributing to DDB global winning Cannes global network of the year in 2023. Also during his tenure as CEO DDB had multiple wins at Clio, Andy’s, and North America being integral to D&AD Network of the year wins.
Justin has worked with organizations including the T.Howard Foundation, The Brixton Finishing School, 100 roses… to share his global experience in a way which helps diverse talent to find opportunity within the advertising industry. Justin holds a BSC in Business Information Systems, and has completed his Executive MBA at Babson College.
Sandra Alfaro joined GUT in September 2023 as their first CEO for the U.S. She is based in Miami at GUT’s network headquarters, and also oversees their LA and New York oJices.

She has led award-winning integrated campaigns in every major category, including retail, consumer goods, technology, pharma, automotive, healthcare, apparel, beer/spirits, and more. Sandra holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BSBA in International Business from The American University. She is an active speaker on various topics including Leadership, Agency Culture, and Growth. She has been a guest lecturer at Northwestern and NYU. In 2019, Sandra earned her Professional Coaching Certification and founded Power & Grace, a boutique consultancy oJering Life and Business Coaching, Corporate Training, and Public Speaking.
Patrick Bennett spearheads creative at the world’s leading brand experience agency, Jack Morton. His creative vision for the agency is to inspire the world to experience better, which he instills in the executive leadership team as he guides senior creative leaders around the globe.
His impressive career includes stints at world-class agencies such as Ogilvy, R/GA, Digitas, and Momentum, where he led groundbreaking global creative initiatives for top-tier clients like American Express, Walmart, Verizon, Corona, Pacifico, Samsung, Amazon, British Airways, SAP, DIRECTV, Kraft, and Six Flags.
A fervent advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry, Patrick is committed to amplifying new, diverse, and often overlooked voices. He was featured in the award-winning documentary ‘Black Madison Avenue’ and recently joined the board of directors of BLAC, dedicated to creating a more inclusive future in advertising.
Based in New York City, Patrick’s first loves are Caribbean travel and culture.
Once upon a time, Oriel was a chef. But, after tiring of the long hours and intense pressure he got into advertising. He started his career in New Zealand at Special Group and Colenso BBDO before moving to the US, where he spent time at Droga5 and Spotify before joining the Mother family as Chief Creative Officer of the New York office.He has won 100+ awards for his work on global brands, nonprofits, social justice initiatives and failed Presidential campaigns. He is the founder of Corpleisure, a work-from-home-wear brand and ONE School, the first free, online portfolio program for aspiring Black creatives. Established in 2020, ONE School has graduated 130+ students to date, who are working in some of the industries best creative departments. He lives in New York with his family.
Natalie Narh is passionate about building long-term infrastructure for African and Black creatives to thrive economically, culturally, and globally, without needing to compromise their identity or location to succeed.
She leads a dual practice as Founder and Creative Director of Latch Partners and Co-Founder and CEO of NewComma, two ventures that reflect her commitment to both creating world-class work and enabling others to do the same. Through Latch Partners, Natalie maintains her personal creative practice, working hands-on with founders and brands to develop strategy-led campaigns, brand identities, and culturally grounded storytelling. Through NewComma, she builds tools, platforms, and opportunities that support thousands of African and Black creatives across the continent and diaspora.
Previously, Natalie was a Social Content Creative at Ogilvy UK, where she worked on campaigns for major brands including TikTok, Škoda, Mattel, and British Airways. She also served as Co-Chair of Ogilvy Roots, the agency’s network focused on advancing racial and cultural inclusion. At influencer agency Billion Dollar Boy, she developed creative strategies for campaigns with L’Oréal, Sainsbury’s, PepsiCo, Nintendo, and Clarks.
Her creative skillset spans graphic design, creative direction, 2D animation, photography, videography, and digital strategy. Natalie has served on juries for the D&AD New Blood Awards (2020 and 2025), the Creative Review Annual (2022), and the BIMA 100 (2022). She was recognised in Campaign Magazine’s 30 Women in Advertising (2021) and named twice in the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders list supported by Yahoo Finance (2020 and 2021).
Natalie has spoken on panels and stages for organisations including Google, Meta, Foundervine, Cloudflare, ZEMELT, Ogilvy, Kwanda, and Retail Week Live. Through storytelling, product design, and community building, she continues to shape creative ecosystems that centre and elevate African and Black talent, both as a practitioner and a platform builder.
