He started his career as a Copywriter at DDB Uruguay. Then, at Ginkgo Mullen Lowe, were he became Creative Director. And, since 2019, he works at Plutón,
an independent agency in Montevideo, Uruguay.
His work has been recognized at multiple local and international festivals, like Desachate, Campana de Oro, Ojo de Iberoamérica, and Cannes Lions.
Graduated as the best student from the popular school of art, Yaba College of Technology. He started out as an Executive with TBWA/Concept and later joined Centerspread/FCB where he rose to become a senior manager, worked on FMCG, telecoms (MTN, Etisalat and Starcomms) and financial services brands before joining BBDO as a Creative Director. He led the Nigerian creative team that created the famous Guinness Made of black campaign (alongside AMV BBDO & Net#work BBDO), Nwakaibeya, Guinness Flavour room and other notable campaigns for Guinness. Brands like Chicken Republic, Stanbic IBTC, Glo, Visa, Kelloggs, Blueband were also part of the businesses won and maintained during his 9 year stay at BBDO before venturing into creative consultation. His quest for knowledge led him to Miami Ad School where he took a course in Integrated Concepting and Copywriting. With over 15 years wealth of experience, Kunle has won several awards at Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF).
Alexander holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication and a Higher Certificate in Web Design (AAA Advertising School). Shortly after graduating in 2007, he landed his first job at 99c as a junior Art Director. Over the next four years, Alexander proceeded to climb the ranks at 99c, eventually fulfilling the role of Senior Art Director. In 2012, he left the agency to join the Mullen Lowe Group.
Over the next four years, Alexander won an impressive number of accolades - which included notable nods from institutions such as Cannes Lions and D&AD: Global Association for Creative Advertising & Design Awards - before setting his sights on the Big Apple.

Winner of The "Agency professional of the year - 2011 and "Agency Head of the year" 2014 at the Singapore Hall of fame awards show, Under Raju's leadership, Grey Group Singapore won the Creative Agency of the year at SPHINK awards 2013 and the Global Healthcare Agency of the year 2014. Agency of the year and Digital agency of the year at the Gong show Singapore in 2015. Grey Group Thailand went on to become 2015 Digital Agency of the year. Niels Alzen is Executive Creative Director (Europe) at BCG BrightHouse, a global creative consultancy that helps companies uncover their timeless purpose, to elevate their culture and mobilize their organization.
He is part of the management team in Berlin and responsible for all creative content innovation. He has been with BrightHouse since January 2019.
Prior to BrightHouse, Niels was partner and Chief Creative Officer at Scholz & Friends, one of the leading Germany based creative agency groups. Niels has more than 20 years of experience as a creative leader in some of Germany's most renowned ad agencies, including 15 years of automotive experience (BMW, Mercedes, Opel). He worked as a creative director for Jung von Matt, Springer & Jacoby as well as KemperTrautmann (now “Thjnk”). During that time, he produced big and award-winning brand campaigns for blue-chip companies in the telecommunications, retail, publishing, consumer goods and automotive industries.

Graduated from the University of Lagos with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts. She has 6 years experience in Advertising and won the Cannes Young Lions (Digital Category) competition to represent Nigeria at the Cannes Festival of Creativity in 2017. She has also won local awards for creativity and spends time mentoring like-minded younger creatives. Abisola loves exploring Afrocentricity as a way of self-expression through design. Reading culturally-rich African literature is how she unwinds from the ever-chaotic world of creativity and design.

Annie Ashley is a Senior Digital Art Director and UI Designer at Deloitte Digital with over 9 years of experience. Her projects range from branding and digital strategy to experience and product design.
Simply put, she likes to tell stories and see people engage with those stories. But more than that, she wants people to feel seen and understood. Her work focuses on accessibility and inclusion, and designing with compassion, both in the final product as well as the internal build process with her teams. She identifies gaps in experiences for clients and creates digital strategies and principles to ensure all users are able to participate in the brand story.

Cynthia is a Senior Art Director who recently opted for freelancing with some of the best advertising agencies around the region to meet talented creatives, experience new cultures and to sharpen her skills and talent.
Her career kicked off in Lebanon at Young and Rubicam as a Graphic Designer where she worked on a range of local and international clients and brands.

In 2015, my work helped Ogilvy Brazil become the 3rd most awarded agency in Cannes Lions, scoring some points with a Promo Silver Lion and some shortlists in other categories. Igor’s love and passion for filmmaking goes back to when he was a teenager. His love for storytelling and film and cinema then, is still the basis of his professional career now which have made him the most awarded advertising director in Italy.

In her spare time, she works on projects that support a more equitable world. She works ongoing with Period.org to advocate for menstrual equity and launched #PeriodPiecePSAs — a social awareness campaign that parodies the absurdity of period poverty through period dramas. In 2021 she co-created Mentorship Matchmaking with Laurel Stark an annual remote mentorship event promoted by Cannes Lions that hosted 400 women and non-binary advertising folks globally. Based at TBWA South Africa’s Durban office, Marcelle spends his days carefully navigating liquor advertising legislation while leading the creative charge on TOPS at SPAR, South Africa's largest alcohol retailer. Like most creatives, he loves nothing better than when an idea with insight marries a nice bit of craft. His work has seen recognition at most of the industry's major award shows, as well as some minor ones that no one has ever heard of. He's also received some very flattering industry and real-world write-ups about his recent forays into directing. SHOTS magazine called his first commercials for TOPS at SPAR ‘sobering’ and Twitter’s ‘NotANoob’ proclaimed his sophomore effort “Best f#cking ad in existence.” Which is obviously true.
Naomi is happiest when she’s making things. Second to that, she enjoys thinking about things she wants to make in the future. Occasionally, she can be found thinking about things she has already made.
Things she has already made include ads (or whatever they’re called these days) for brands like Wild Turkey, EA Games, Levi’s, and USGA. Miguel was born in the city of Porto in 1982. He spent the first half of his copywriting career in Portugal and the second half between London, Paris and New York. Joji Jacob is the Creative Partner at BLKJ Havas Singapore. He co-founded the highly awarded independent agency BLKJ which was acquired by the Havas Group in early 2021. Within four years of its establishment, the agency counts amongst its clients some of the biggest brands in the country: Scoot, Great Eastern, the Economic Development Board of Singapore, and the Ministry of Communications. The 80-strong agency was declared Creative Agency of the Year at both the Singapore Creative Circle Awards and the Hall of Fame Awards in 2018.

Justin Joshua has been working for almost 2 decades across 3 continents as a creative director with a art and copy background. Pierre Jouffray is a French art director working at Wieden + Kennedy Portland.
He got a master's in English literature and a B.A. degree in art direction from the ESAG Penninghen School of Fine Arts in Paris He started working as a designer in 2007 before getting into advertising in 2011 at Fred & Farid Paris as an art director. In 2014 he moved to Wieden + Kennedy in London and then crossed the Atlantic in 2016 to join Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Los Angeles. In 2018 he went back to Wieden + Kennedy, but in Portland this time.

Jaime joined the B&T team in January of 2020, after having spent 8 years on the in-house side of the media industry.

Saurabh is a multidisciplinary creative, born and raised in India. Graduated as an Art Director from Miami Ad School Europe, he has gained professional experience in Paris, Prague, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg. Giving him the global outlook towards creativity. Now based in Germany, Saurabh has worked at two of the top creative agencies, Serviceplan and Jung von Matt.Fascinated with technology and how it can be best used in projects for good, he has helped build the first braille translator based on Al, a climate data initiative that visualises glacier retreat, a LiDAR-based object recognition app for the visually impaired, a crowdsourced privacy alert system to tackle cryptic privacy policies, the first 3D-printed braille puzzle and more. His recent shift from advertising to a future-facing digital innovation studio has taken him to lead the creative department into company growth. Over the past 7 years he has won over 160 awards at numerous international festivals, including 9 Cannes Lions and a Grand Prix at New York Festivals 2020. Jonas Keller is currently an Executive Creative Director at Philipp und Keuntje GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. After his studies in Communication Design in Freiburg, he started his first job in Advertising in 1998 at Scholz & Friends Hamburg. Valeria Moreiro is Co-Founder, Creative and Art director at Not Real, a design-driven creative studio focused on art direction, CGI & animation, located in Buenos Aires and Madrid. In 2020, David teamed up with a Portland trauma Doctor and they launched an isolation gown alternative to benefit and protect health care workers fighting in the frontlines of the COVID pandemic and amidst critical PPE shortages. The project was fully funded and helped Oregon healthcare workers stay alive. And in 2021, David flipped a dormant performance venue in Reno, NV, and relaunched it as The Theatre as a new creative platform to benefit local performers who were impacted by the global pandemic. David lives in Portland, OR, and spends his days exploring his photographic diary on Instagram, sharing a meal with friends, and pushing his strength training with his coach.

Ignacio Varela (a.k.a VARE) is an independent Uruguayan graphic designer who divides his worklife between freelance projects and creative campaigns with advertisement agencies.
Nowadays, VARE is part of Plutón, an independent agency that works with well known Uruguayan and International companies, such as Dr. Selby, Danone and Unilever. Plutón has recently become one of the top three agencies in Uruguay. It has been recognized for its creative campaigns and has also won several awards.

I am a creative strategist and brand communication consultant. I began my professional activity as an advertising manager and expert in 2001, and entered the field of consultation and training a few years later.
