Adrian Belina

Adrian co-founded the design and experience agency Jam3 in 2004 with the highly ambitious goal of building really, really, really cool Flash websites. The kind that had fancy intros you always skipped, ambient background music you muted, and lots of obscure little
menus that you had to frustratingly figure out how to use. Fast forward 17 years and Jam3 has 200+ people across four offices in Toronto, Los Angeles, Montevideo and Amsterdam, creating some of the most iconic, innovative and groundbreaking work in the space.
Adrian is Chief Creative Officer and is currently based in LA leading the West Coast creative operations in addition to overseeing creative and marketing efforts with HQ.

Jam3's work has been recognized at Cannes, the One show, the D&AD, the Webby’s, and are in the FWA Hall of Fame. Adrian previously sat on the Board of Directors at the Advertising and Design Club and has spoken at the likes of SXSW, Google Think, and Digital Day.
Past judging includes Cannes, The One Show (x2), the Webby’s, Ciclope, the Marketing Awards, Communication Arts and FWA. 

Adrian was featured in Adweek’s Creative 100 List in 2020. His creative leadership can be found in projects for Adidas, MTV, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Spotify, Fox Films, Lionsgate, Lexus, Toyota, AT&T, The UN, Unicef and the National Film Board.

I am an award-winning creative leader with almost 20 years of experience orchestrating brand experience, customer experience, commerce, and performance to accelerate business outcomes.

I am as passionate and curious about technology, innovation, science, and data as I am about creativity and storytelling and rarely see any of those things as separate entities.

Currently Executive Creative Director at VMLY&R.

Over the course of my career, I have led teams of creatives, designers, strategists and developers to deliver world-class experiences, award winning ideas, creative platforms and  large scale new business pitches for the world's most influential brands.

Through my work, I continually apply new ways of collaborating across all disciplines resulting in differentiated experiences that reinvent categories, that is deeply rooted in culture, and that challenges the status quo.

In addition to being internationally recognized at award shows like Cannes, D&AD, Clios, The One Show and Webbys, I am also regularly featured in many industry publications, judge many award shows and have spoken on stage at some of the most well-known industry events.

Felix studied Communication Design only to realize copywriting is so much more fun. He worked at creative hotspots Jung von Matt and Scholz & Friends before joining international network Ogilvy & Mather as Executive Creative Director. Since 2018 in the role of CCO at Hamburg based independent agency Grabarz & Partner and creative lead of the innovation hub Grabarz JMP Space in Berlin. Felix believes in the power of creativity, not only as the key to great and relevant work, but also as one of the most important human factors for all challenges in a world driven by technology. With storytelling strongly embedded in his creative DNA, Felix loves to use technology as a language to create not stories but experiences.

David Justus is Executive Director of Technology at AKQA, overseeing technology for North America. Prior to joining AKQA, David was a founding partner at the innovation consultancy and studio Crossbeat NY where he spent time building complex technical systems and developing digital campaigns with clients including the United Nations, Getty, DirecTV, Comcast, and Spotify. He also was at Droga5 from 2012-2015, where he built and lead the technology team. Jayna Kothary

Jayna is the Global CTO at MRM. Her remit includes Technology, Commerce and Innovation Globally, with a focus on building, leveraging and integrating these in service of client business growth. 
 
Having worked on a number of other brands both agency, consultancy and client side, she has deep expertise in building consumer centric experiences for brands, leveraging data and technology. This comes with extensive knowledge of marketing technology platforms including Adobe, Salesforce and Google, as well as how to leverage innovators and start-ups to build competitive advantage in an increasing competitive and demanding world. 
 
Jayna is passionate about the power of data and is a technologist with a consumer obsession. She is at the forefront of innovation and its applicability to brands across CPG, Oil and Gas, Telco, Retail and Tech clients.

Karen Maurice-O'Leary

Karen Maurice-O’Leary (Kaz) is a global creative technology leader in ideas that inspire, motivate, evoke compassion and empathy. New Zealand born, she has worked internationally in Ireland, Australia and currently resides in California, working for Meta’s Creative Shop as the Creative Product Lead for Emerging Platforms.
