Will loves solving creative problems with fun, smart, and curious people. He thinks he’s been doing this for 27 years (but math is not a strong suit). He began his career as a copywriter at Fitzgerald & CO in Atlanta, then spent the next six years at Arnold in Boston, working on the anti-smoking “Truth” campaign, producing a Super Bowl spot for ESPN, and winning the Volvo and Carnival accounts. As creative director on Carnival, he learned the value of those sea-sickness bracelets. As a group creative director at McKinney, he has helped develop award-winning work for Popeyes, Samsung, Nationwide, Mizuno, and Equality NC and has been recognized by the Clios, D&AD, Cannes, the One Show, Communication Arts, and Effies.

Filipe Sanches is a Brazilian creative copywriter with over 12 years of experience in advertising agencies in Brazil and Australia.
