Javier Campopiano

Javier Campopiano is the Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at McCann Worldgroup. In his role, he is responsible for the creative leadership, product and ambition of the McCann Worldgroup global network, spanning 100+ countries and 15,000+ people. In doing so, he works closely with creatives, strategists and business leaders to drive the world’s best creative work on behalf of the company’s clients.

Javier previously served as Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at Grey and OpenX, the dedicated WPP agency for The Coca Cola Company, where he oversaw creative development globally for both agencies. Before that, he served as CCO at several FCB agencies and spent more than four years at Saatchi & Saatchi, during which he transformed the creative reputation of the New York flagship office.  During his career, Javier has brought his unique talents to build global brands for global networks. He began his career as an intern at Ogilvy Argentina and went on to become Regional Creative Director in Latin America for Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi and FCB before becoming a Partner and Chief Creative Officer of FCB New York.  Javier's work has been recognized and awarded globally: he is the proud recipient of 200+ Cannes Lions, including Grand Prix in Outdoor and Film and a Titanium Lion, and has also won several gold, silver and bronze awards at Clio, LIA, ANA, The One Show, D&AD -including a Black Pencil-, El Círculo de Creativos Argentinos, FIAP, El Sol and El Ojo.

Kristin Faucher

Kristin Faucher is the Head of Brand Strategy and Advertising: Card, Travel, Commerce, JP Morgan Chase. Kristin has the privilege of working on beloved card brands Chase Freedom and Chase Sapphire, Chase Travel, and Chase Media Solutions. She has developed ground breaking campaigns for Chase Freedom with Kevin Hart, Chase Sapphire featuring Michael B. Jordan, and branded experience design for premium customer moments like F1, Miami Art Week and Sundance. 

Kristin joined Chase in 2018 to lead initiatives for digital innovation, and development of the in-airport experience and marketing for Sapphire Lounge by the Club now open in multiple locations, including the award-winning flagship location at New York’s LaGuardia Airport.  

Prior to joining the firm, Kristin spent her career at top-tier marketing and product agencies, most recently serving as Managing Director of Huge. While focused primarily on retail and e-commerce, she led campaigns and developed experiences cross industry for notable brands like Apple, Target, Gucci, Aveda, P&G, and Vanguard. 

Kristin graduated with a degrees in Marketing and Theater from Tulane University in New Orleans. She lives with her husband, Peter and two sons on the Upper West Side of New York City.

Shannon Washington

Creative, traveler, culturist—Shannon Washington is a busy woman.

Currently, Shannon serves as Global Chief Creative Officer for GOTHAM, the global boutique creative brand in the McCann Worldgroup network of agencies. 

Shannon returned to GOTHAM  in 2024 to craft the creative growth and expansion of the agency, from a legendary, 30+ year player in the beauty space, to a full-scale creative powerhouse for a new set of categories, brands and talent. 

Before GOTHAM, Shannon served as the US Chief Creative Officer, Connected Communications for R/GA US, the network’s largest and flagship region where she focused on reshaping the region’s campaign creative vision, fidelity and work culture. 

At R/GA, her intersectional and craft-centric style of leadership led to a renewed creative vigor in the office, resulting in an impressive set of wins to include a Webby Agency of The Year win, a #2 sport for AdAge’s A-list, and three impressive award seasons, with a net of campaign awards not seen since 2016. Business-wise, Shannon successfully led a host of winning pitches for Uber, Sephora and TurboTax, which was the second largest win for IPG in 2023.  In addition, her approach has earned her three distinctive honors: Ad-Age CCO of The Year, The AdWeek 100 and one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business. 

Shannon joined R/GA after a stint in Los Angeles with Media Arts Lab, where she helped launch Apple TV+ and build a foundation for original content marketing in the Apple ecosystem, and at Deutsch Los Angeles where she led H&R Block. Previous to Los Angeles, Shannon was at Droga5 NY, where she led the culture-driven “I Am What I Make Up” relaunch of CoverGirl and the launch of You Invest with Chase. 

When she can, Shannon can be found actively adding to the discourse around the culture of leadership and inclusivity in advertising through paneling and public conversations. When she's not in front of a monitor, Shannon is working on adding another stamp to her passport or attempting to run a 10 minute mile.

Shannon is a proud and loud graduate of Howard University and lives in New Jersey.

Lucas Bongioanni

Lucas joined GUT in the fall of 2024 as Chief Creative Officer for their newest office - New York. Before that, he led the creative team at The Community in NY, working with top clients, including Volkswagen, Netflix, Taco Bell, Perfect Bar, Bath and Body Works, Oreo, and more. Over the last few years, Lucas and his teams have created several highly impactful and award-winning campaigns, including "EV On Screen," which ran during the Super Bowl for Netflix, General Motors, "Kids," "Overnight Charging" for the VW ID4 launch, "How to Become a Bridgerton" with Netflix and Tanqueray, "The OREO Thins Protection Program" with OREO, "The Perfect Imposter" for Perfect Bar and more. 

Under his creative leadership, the community won some of the industry's most prestigious awards, including being selected as both the Adweek and AdAge Multicultural Agency of the Year during the 2023-2024 awards season, becoming the first agency ever to receive both awards in the same year. 

Prior to his time at the community, Lucas was a GCD at BBH NY, where he spent 6+ years working with blue-chip brands both nationally and globally, including PlayStation, Samsung, Amazon, and Marvel. Throughout his 15+ year career, Lucas has helped build brands at top agencies like DRAFTFCB Buenos Aires, Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Buenos Aires, and FCB New York. 

His work has collected several of the industry’s most prestigious international awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, Clio Entertainment, Webby, Effies, LIA, WAVE, Ojo, FIAP, El Diente, and more. Lucas has also been honored on Adweek's Creative 100 List (2022, Agency Talent to Watch) and Campaign's Branded Entertainment Award (2023, Brand Entertainment Lead of the Year shortlist). 

Lucas grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has lived in New York for over ten years.

Till Diestel

Till started as new CCO Serviceplan Germany on June 1, 2022. He worked for Serviceplan in Hamburg from 2006 to 2014 – reaching the level of executive creative director during his time there.

He then moved to adam&eveDDB in London, one of the most renowned international creative agencies, where he developed prominent campaigns such as H&M Come Together, the John Lewis Christmas campaign, the Skittles Romance Super Bowl ad or the Marmite Gen Project.

In 2018, after three years in London, Diestel joined BBDO Berlin as a managing director. In 2019 he was appointed chief creative officer of BBDO Group Germany, a role which involved responsibility for the entire creative output of BBDO Group Germany for clients including WhatsApp, WWF and Ford, and led BBDO to the top of the creative rankings in Germany for the first time.

Convinced that advertising should be a part of popular culture, Till has won over 1000 creative awards in total, including several Grand Prix at LIA, Eurobest and Cannes Lions.

Stephanie is known for her ability to deliver inspiring brand visions that galvanize teams to deliver outstanding results together. Her deep expertise in Wine & Spirits has resulted in tremendous growth, working with brands such as Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Ketel One, Tanqueray, Bulleit, and Smirnoff, where she held the role of Global Senior Vice President until 2024.  Stephanie stepped into her current role in August 2024, where she oversees Diageo’s global portfolio of vodkas. She is skilled in consumer goods, food & beverage, brand management, marketing strategy, influencer marketing & partnerships, and product innovation.

Stephanie works closely with her teams to take a clear stand in culture and DE&I representation, where she is focused on making a unique statement across the globe. Currently, Sungwon oversees all facets of Hyundai Motor Company's global brand and product marketing, including brand design, brand space, and customer experience. Jung A Kim

Jung A Kim started her advertising career as a copywriter at Cheil Worldwide in 1997, She joined Innocean Worldwide in 2006, she was is now the CCO at Innocean Seoul directing the entire Creative sector. 

Ms. Kim not only has dealt with various global brand campaigns such as Hyundai Motor, Samsung Electronics, Google, Domino Pizza, Samsonite and HP, but also has led numerous local campaigns successfully. Moreover, she has been awarded several international advertising awards by Cannes, New York Festival, Clio, One Show, London Advertising Festival, ADFEST, and Spikes Asia. And also served as a judge for those prestigious awards. In 2020 and 2021, she was named “#1 Creative Director in Korea” by Campaign Brief Asia, a global advertising publication, for two consecutive years. Honoring her achievements, she received Order of Merit by the Government of Korea in 2022. Kim was awarded as ‘industry leader’ at AD Asia 2023 Changemakers for Good Awards.

Recently, Kim has been working with great interest in creating campaigns that involves various new technologies and also trying to combine brand with cultural content.

Chaka Sobhani

Chaka Sobhani is President and Global Chief Creative Officer of DDB Worldwide.

Before joining the ad industry, Chaka spent over a decade as an award winning film-maker and in television. 

She set up ITV’s first in-house creative agency, during which time the network regained the no.1 position in the UK, created its most successful global formats and content in shows like the X Factor and Downton Abbey, and won the prestigious Channel of the Year for the first time as well as numerous BAFTA’s, Golden Globes and the prestigious Rose D’Or.

Chaka then spent a number of years at leading independent agency Mother, running a number of key accounts and building their content capability, before joining Leo Burnett London as CCO and ultimately becoming Global CCO of Leo Burnett Worldwide.

She has worked on countless brands including McDonalds, Disney, Coca Cola, Google, Kelloggs, Samsung, Mars, Boots, VW, AXA, Morrisons, Tui, Premier Inn, Sky, P&G, General Motors, Stella Artois, National Lottery, Skoda, The Design Museum and Adidas. 

Highly awarded amongst all the major honours, she has been privileged to serve as jury member and President numerous times at the world’s greatest awards shows including Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clios, LIA’s, the ANDYs, Art Directors Club, Eurobest, the IPA, the Creative Circle and the British Arrows.

She was named Campaign’s Creative Leader and has featured in their Top 10 Creative Leaders consistently for the past 5 years, as well as Adweeks Creative 100.

During her tenure, Leo Burnett London won Campaign Agency of the Year 2022 and 2023, and Leo Burnett Worldwide was named Network of the Year at Clios, ADC, Dubai Lynx and Spikes, with Leo Burnett Chicago named Agency of the Year 2022 at One Show, D&AD and the Clios. Leo Burnett India were also named Indian Agency of the Year 2022 at Cannes, D&AD and Spikes, with Leo Burnett Middle East winning Most Effective Global Agency at the Effies and Agency of the Year for Dubai at Dubai Lynx in the same year.

Doerte Spengler-Ahrens

Dörte studied Visual Communications and started her career as an Art Director before switching to Copywriting.

After working in several agencies, she joined Jung von Matt, becoming a Creative Director after only three years.

2000, she founded her own company MARIA.

Dörte returned 2002 to Jung von Matt to set the agency JvM/Spree in Berlin with two partners, becoming a shareholder. After that, she launched the first international branch, JvM/9 and several other companies (JvM/Pulse, JvM/Fleet, JvM/Elbe, JvM/SAGA and JvM Hamburg). She has worked for all big clients including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Sixt, Zalando, Netto, Edeka, BVG, OTTO, Douglas, WWF, Beiersdorf, DocMorris, and many more. In 2024, she was appointed Non-executive Chairwoman of Jung von Matt, also a first in the history of the agency.

With over 600 awards, including several Grand Prixs, Dörte is one of the most awarded German creatives, first female President of Germany’s Art Directors Club and an Advisory Board Member of the D&AD and New York Festival.

She was awarded Germany’s Agency Head of the Year 2018, served 2019 besides other juries as Chairwoman and Jury President of the ADC*E Festival.

Dörte is extremely passionate about her work. She loves to travel and to meet people, more than that, though, her husband Tobias Ahrens, their son Bela, and Tyson - the family dog.

Justin serves as the Chair of the African Cristal Festival, with a charter to help to build the brand and celebrate Africa’s creativity, globally. Justin has been a serial agency CEO and led client engagements across the world for the past 30 years, working with brands ranging from Microsoft, Kroger, HPE, Virgin Atlantic, Nokia, Adidas, The US Army, Novartis, Vertu to name a few.

Justin holds several advisory board seats, serves as an executive mentor to global brand leaders and through launching KINDRD Global, is vested in working with creators to drive business growth through cultural brand experiences.

Under Justin’s leadership DDB North America was awarded Effie US  Network of the Year. DDB North America returned to the Cannes stage winning double digit Lions in 2022 and enjoyed more wins in 2023 contributing to DDB global winning Cannes global network of the year in 2023. Also during his tenure as CEO DDB had multiple wins at Clio, Andy’s, and North America being integral to D&AD Network of the year wins. 

Justin has worked with organizations including the T.Howard Foundation, The Brixton Finishing School, 100 roses… to share his global experience in a way which helps diverse talent to find opportunity within the advertising industry. Justin holds a BSC in Business Information Systems, and has completed his Executive MBA at Babson College.
