Satoko became interested in overseas advertising at around the end of her 20s and she moved to the U.S. to attend the Miami Ad School. After graduating, she gained experience working as a creative at various agencies in Europe and Asia. Having lived and worked overseas for five years, she returned to Japan in 2005. Since then she has worked at BBM, Ogilvy & Mather, and then joined McCann 2012.
