Paul Sharp is Creative Director at VCCP Australia. In his nearly 20 year career, he has worked for most of the more respectable creative establishments in Australia plus a couple in London. More recently he was creative lead at The Monkeys, helping them grow into one of the most successful agencies in the region: Adnews Agency, NSW Agency, and Independent Agency of the Year 2015, Campaign Brief Australian Agency of the Year 2015, Mumbrella Creative Agency of the Year 2015, B&T Independent Agency of the Year 2015, and then more of the same for 2016. His work across all categories and clients has won at all the major award festivals but never quite matching the earlier childhood acclaim of winning the Watermanship Certificate (involved holding a mushroom position underwater for 25 seconds).
