Originally from Brazil, Rebello worked at JWT and Master, where she developed a number of pioneering ideas for clients such as HSBC, HSBC Premier, Band-Aid, Kraft, Johnson&Johnson among others. 

At TBWA Chiat Day NY, Rebello was one of the minds behind the Jameson Irish Whiskey’s re-launching campaign and global projects for H&M and McDonalds.

At Ogilvy New York, Caro had the privilege of creating and leading the Refugee Nation project, one of the most successful works of Ogilvy New York’s office and the 3rd most awarded campaign at Cannes 2017.

Her work has been recognized internationally by major award shows, including 20 Cannes Lions (Grand Prix for Good, Titanium and Creative Effectiveness), One Show – Best of Show, One Show – Best of Category in Design and Cross Platform, New York Festivals – Grand Prize, D&A (Yellow and Wood pencils), 4As and Caples International Awards.
