Aaron first co-founded GOVT in December 2012 and he knew what he didn’t want to create. That of an agency whereby one is merely “work cattle” and “how far you go in your career is based on how many awards you have won”. Throughout his 6 years, Aaron has made tremendous contributions in GOVT beyond the success story of the agency. However, his true impact comes in the form of showing the creatives in office that surprising work needs to be relevant as the same time. Someone who leads from the front, has an incredible sense of ownership and pride, and how nothing is too small for him to roll up his sleeves and get dirty. Today, GOVT employs 54 people, working on various blue-chip, FMCG, technology and entertainment portfolios such as Netflix, OCBC Bank, Chang Beer, History Channel, Nestle, Unilever, The National Gallery Singapore, Häagen-Dazs and Airbnb. Aaron has picked up numerous awards from major shows such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Clio, The Webby Awards, AME and EFFIES
