As creative and digital lover of the millennials generation his 14 years of working experience has been leading by the change. He worked to change people and brand’s habits, which started to communicate also through new media. He worked to change traditional agencies creative thought, making them discover the potentiality of the digital world. He worked to change digital agencies working method, making them discover the power of an idea. He enjoyed to combine creativity and design thinking to create great experience and powerful digital products.

In 2003 he starts working with top Italian digital agencies.

In 2004 he cooperated for the first time to the startup of a .com company.

In 2007 he won his first international recognition @ Webby Awards.

In 2011 joined Publicis Italy and with ECD worked to bring the agency into the digital age. Years spent in Publicis allow him to combine his creative skills with the experience gained in digital communication field, specializing in the creation and management of international integrated campaigns.

In 2014 he joined into Interactive Thinking Group to build a new full service digital independent agency: DOING, the result of the merger of three top Italian digital agencies. 4 bases, + 22m revenues +100 customers and +240 digital natives.

Currently he is Executive Creative Director @ DOING, the largest digital company in Italy that in 2018 became part of the Capgemini group.

His work has been recognized by major international awards: Webby, Clio, Lia, Epica, D&AD, One Show, Eurobest and Cannes Lions.
