With over 16 years’ experience in asking ‘what if’ and ‘why not’ on behalf of clients across the UK, Europe, US and the Middle East, Dan is a creative director at JKR London. Having trained as a graphic designer, Dan thinks that the term doesn’t quite cover how his career has turned out – instead, he sees himself as a storyteller, problem-solver, team leader and influencer of brands.
Prior to joining JKR, Dan was the associate creative director at Siegel+Gale where he helped deliver global programmes for a wide and diverse range of clients such as McLaren Automotive, Fabergé, American Express and Motorola, amongst others. Bridging the gap between strategy and expression, Dan believes in creating brand experiences capable of transforming businesses, irrespective of platform or media channel.
Dan’s work has been recognised by Communications Arts, HOW International, Graphis, REBRAND as well as Transform. He has judged design awards and is a regular speaker and commentator at industry festivals and publications. A true Londoner hailing all the way from Rio de Janeiro, Dan lives in the big smoke with his wife and baby daughter.
