Norman started his career in 2008 as a junior copywriter at Jung von Matt/Neckar. At that time, he worked on brands like Mercedes-Benz, Nike and Bitburger beer. After 5 years in Stuttgart Norman had the great idea of moving to Hamburg to join Grabarz & Partner as Creative Director.
Since 2013 he is developing campaigns for clients like Volkswagen, mobilcom-debitel and Euronics. A true passion of Norman is developing radio commercials. Therefore, he and his team are working for the German broadcaster Radiozentrale which supports radio as a medium.
Over the ten years he has been in the advertising business Norman’s work has been recognized by all major award shows. His latest coup might be last year’s Volkswagen Radio Campaign „Countdown“, which has been awarded with Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, New York Festivals Trophies and many other awards worldwide.
