Christopher Smith is a writer and creative director at The Richards Group in Dallas, Texas. In his 23 years in advertising, he has written for clients including Motel 6, Famous Footwear, The Home Depot, Zales, BMW, H-E-B, Central Market, Amstel Light, and many dozens more. He’s collected shiny paperweights from the One Show, Clios, Effies, the AAF, the London International Awards, and the Association of Music Producers. He has also won seven Radio Mercury Awards, including the Grand Prize, twice, and has served as that show’s head judge. His work has been featured in Communication Arts, Print, Graphis, Advertising Age, The Wall Street Journal, Voices.com’s Sound Stories podcast, and more. In 2015 he was named to Adweek’s Creative 100: America's Most Inventive Talent in Marketing, Media and Tech.
