Taejay Lee 

Executive Creative Director, FCB Seoul, Korea

One part creative strategist, one part art director - Taejay is a digital native who got his professional start in the gaming industry in Korea, his homeland. 

During his time with the game developer Min Communications, he helped to commercialize 3D MMORPG game globally in 13 countries and was responsible for concept creation and strategy for in-game characters and other important game components. 

His creative wanderlust then took him to a variety of places such as Bangkok, London, and Amsterdam at ­­shops like Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB Inferno, Nomads, and THEY where he honed his skills in advertising that won client’s hearts and awards along the way. 

Taejay has a decade of creative experience working with brands like FIFA Online, Nokia, Emirates Airline, Oreo, Electrolux, and Big Cola. Before joining FCB Seoul, Taejay was the Head of Live Creativity at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he oversaw the digital, social and content outputs of the agency.  

At home TJ dedicates himself to cooking Korean BBQ for his Spanish wife and Scottish Terrier, and nurturing a love for Kimchi in anyone who shows an interest on fermented spicy food.
