Head of eCommerce, Mondelēz International, China

Denis Dong is the Head of eCommerce for Mondelēz International (MDLZ) in China. He is responsible for the overall eCommerce business in China, including sales, marketing, big data system development and eCommerce media buy. Mondelēz International is a global snacking powerhouse and a world leader in biscuit, chocolate, gum, candy and powdered beverages.

Denis took charge of the eCommerce business in August 2015. In 2016, he successfully led the team to launch Oreo Colorfilled and Oreo “Daxue” live stream, which helped the business double in the same year. Denis also led the incredibly successfully Oreo music box campaign in 2017, which helped to boost Oreo brand business and uplift brand equity significantly.

Before joining the eCommerce team, Denis worked in marketing for several years. He took charge of the Chips Ahoy! and Oreo brand, and launched a series of successful campaigns and product development (NPD) launches. Denis has rich experience in NPD launches, social marketing campaigns and content marketing.
