Degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the Complutense University Madrid, Guillermo Ginés has been working in TBWA Madrid since 1990. In 2009 appointed TBWA’s Chief Creative Officer, holding maximum creative responsibility for all the disciplines and companies within the TBWA group Madrid.

In all this time, has worked for clients such as PlayStation, McDonald’s, Adidas, Renfe, ONCE, El Corte Inglés, Dirección General de Tráfico, Ministerio de Medioambiente de España, Agencia Tributaria, Ecoembes, Canon, Marca, Grupo Cruzcampo, Ono, BT Telecomunicaciones, Aeroméxico, Absolut Vodka, Chivas Regal, Jameson, Larios, DYC, Revista Mondo Sonoro, El Mundo, 3M, Grupo Bosch, Michelin, Leroy Merlin, Banco Santander, Nivea, Grupo Pascual, Apis, Low Cost Festival, Uno de 50, Loewe, Clinique, Clínicas Vitaldent, ACNUR y Manos Unidas,  among others.

Has been a member of the jury in several advertising festivals, such as El Sol de Iberoamérica, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, The New York Festival, AD Stars Festival, and other awards on the home front.

Throughout his career, has won awards in all the international advertising festivals, such as Cannes, The One Show, Clio, El Sol de Iberoamérica, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, The New York Festivals, Eurobest, Epica, London International Awards, Laus, ADC*E, Inspirational, Effectiveness Awards of Spain, to name but a few.
